Short-term lending, secured by real property.

Skale specialises in providing short-term commercial loan facilities, secured by first or second mortgage. How much we can lend depends on the asset-class and subsequent LVR ceiling. Each transaction is assessed on its own merit, with pricing dictated by the underlying risk profile.

Documentation

Loan documents are prepared and issued to your legal representative. Once executed and returned we prepare for settlement.

Caleb Tiller is the co-founder and Managing Director of Skale Capital, a Melbourne-based private credit firm focused on time-sensitive, property-backed lending.
